To ensure the safe and undamaged shipping of our electric guitar kits we purpose build a wooden packing case. There's nothing worse than receiving a longed for product only for it to be damaged or destroyed in transit. We believe this is another indication of our commitment to complete customer satisfaction, not only in our products but also our service.

We have teamed up with one of the leading international courier companies and can now offer worldwide shipping of our guitar kits. All at reduced competitive rates

Shipping Rates.  

 U.K.  1-2 days    £21.50. /   E.U. & Europe 3-5 days  £44.75. / USA & Canada £53.80

 Rest of the World 7-14 days £74.50

kmguitars cannot be held responsible for any  Taxes or Duty applied to your consignment when entering your country.

We cannot be held responsible for whatever reason, for late or non-delivery by the courier.    

Returns and Refund Policy.

a request to return any purchased product must be made within 48 hours of delivery. It is the purchasers responsibility to secure return shipping.

Refunds are made based on following basis.

1, A restocking fee of 15% is deducted.

2. No shipping or postage costs will be refunded.

3, Cost of processing payment and refund through banking system deducted.

4, All items must returned in good condition, and in original packing.
